As soon as a profile hit was being generated, you receive a notification and can immediately access the news piece together with its transcript (wherever applicable). Clips can be cut, summarized, assigned a sentiment and downloaded/shared. You can also export xlsx lists of your results or metadata.
To enable continuous tracking, MentionFindr works on the basis of credit card ‘standing order’, which means that as your package expires (either you receive your maximum number of news items OR 30 days pass - which ever comes first), we automatically charge your credit card and renew your package. You don’t need to do anything to continue your monitoring. You can, however, cancel anytime – Now that’s risk-free monitoring, right?
News items, broadcast summaries, audio files, video files and transcripts detected by MentionFindr are for internal use only, as described more fully in the Terms and Conditions. These files may not be distributed to a third party, published in any form, or used for any other commercial purpose without the express permission of the copyright owner.
Analyses, metadata, pptx presentations or summaries (e.g. in xlsx), however, can be shared according to your needs.
